The Fenchel Family Law PC Team Listed on Super Lawyers® 2020

Our team at Fenchel Family Law PC is delighted to announce that founding attorney Valerie Fenchel and associate attorney Lucy Rose Taylor were named among those attorneys appearing on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list for 2020.

Each year, Super Lawyers® conducts a thorough review and selection process among the numerous qualified candidates that are nominated for inclusion on a Super Lawyers® list. First, we evaluate attorneys who have been nominated by their peers to make onto their lists. From there, we perform a comprehensive research process, looking at the accolades of each nominee, from academic accomplishments to professional publications and noteworthy achievements.

Next, Super Lawyers® conducts a peer evaluation process known as the “blue ribbon review,” where points of interest in each candidate’s background are quantified and converted into a rating scale from one to five. Finally, candidates are pooled into smaller categories made up of attorneys from firms of any size. The attorney with the highest points in each category is selected to be included in Super Lawyers. Only five percent of all attorneys per state achieve listing on Super Lawyers®.

Attorneys under the age of 40—or with less than 10 years in practice—who have demonstrated remarkable achievements as credited by their colleagues in the local or regional legal community are eligible to be named as a Rising Star on Super Lawyers®.
