Jessica Reclusado

Jessica Reclusado is an experienced family law paralegal with an extensive background in California family law, court procedures, case management, and legal operations. Her career spans both private practice and more than two decades of public service with the County of Santa Clara.

Prior to returning to private practice, Jessica worked for the Santa Clara County Department of Child Support Services, where she served as a Supervising Child Support Officer and supervised a 17-member Court Unit comprised of Legal Clerks and Child Support Officers. She oversaw the preparation of cases for court, child support modification matters, client interviews, courtroom support, and the preparation of court orders in real time. Working closely with managing attorneys, Jessica also developed and implemented procedures and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and coordination among attorneys and court staff.

In private practice, Jessica served in the dual role of Office Manager and Senior Paralegal, balancing firm operations and administrative responsibilities while continuing to provide substantive paralegal support to multiple family law attorneys. Her experience includes dissolution, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, discovery, financial disclosures, post-judgment proceedings, and trial preparation. Managing both operational and case-related responsibilities strengthened her ability to prioritize competing demands, anticipate deadlines, and manage complex matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

Jessica brings a highly organized and practical approach to her work and values collaboration, attention to detail, and clear communication. She understands that family law clients are often navigating particularly difficult and personal circumstances and strives to provide thoughtful and dependable support throughout the legal process.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting wine country, and spending time with family and her two Goldendoodles. A true sports fan, she loves football and basketball and is happiest when she has a game to watch or better yet, one to attend. She also enjoys supporting her family at sporting events and theater performances.
